If you have been considering a Smoky Mountain Wedding but are
intimidated by the high prices of many of our local chapels and the
fact that once you have paid a deposit you are totally locked into a
particular date and time with no possibility of a refund or a
reschedule, even in the event of an emergency, we have a new concept
for you! Our ministry has been celebrating weddings in the
Gatlinburg/Pigeon Forge area for many years – we began this ministry
as an alternative to the “Wedding Business”. Both Mark and Noel are
ordained ministers – Noel was involved in pastoring for many years
and Mark has been the Artist and Bible Historian for Christus
Gardens of Gatlinburg for eighteen years. Together we produce “The
Passion Play in the Smokies”, a drama portraying the ministry and
death and resurrection of Christ, as the primary outreach of our
Crown of Thorns Ministries. Our totally affordable wedding prices
reflect the fact that we do not have a huge overhead – all of the
flowers for our weddings are custom-designed by Noel, who worked her
way through Bible College as a florist, and we do the entire
preparation for your dream ceremony ourselves – down to making
homemade chicken salad for the croissants in our largest package!!
